Born in Malaysia, completing his schooling in Singapore and his tertiary education at the University of Adelaide, Joshua Owen has held senior executive positions including industry (construction), commerce (chartered accounting with Pricewaterhouse Coopers), Government (Singapore City Treasury) and academia (universities in Sydney, Hobart, Canberra, Adelaide, Seattle and Los Angeles). Joshua Owen is a Visiting Fellow and former Director of the Institute of Administration within the University of New South Wales.
