Chris is Principal Psychologist with Creative Mastery International (CMI) - a psychological consultancy specialising in maximising individual and organisational innovation and creative performance.
A recognised expert in the area of creativity and innovation, he is a sought-after speaker and consultant internationally, particularly in relation to successfully adapting to rapid technological, market and social change. He has published articles on personal adjustment, creativity, insight and constructive outlooks. His Doctoral research explored the nature and genesis of insight and creativity and he is currently writing a book about what it means for each of us to live more creatively.
