Each program is self-paced, with 12 months access provided to complete (although as per the course information they can be completed in a much shorter timeframe). The programs include online testing, and useful Job Aids that can be downloaded and kept for future reference.
A certificate is issued upon successful completion.

Recognition by Charles Sturt University
Further to industry recognition, pathways are available from the Omega Performance programs to qualifications with Charles Sturt University (CSU).
For this initiative, detailed negotiation between the financial services industry, Omega Performance Corporation and Charles Sturt University have resulted in the design of a 'tailored' bankers curriculum, which specifically incorporates and builds onto the completion of designated Omega modules. Two programs (undergraduate and postgraduate) are available, depending on experience and qualifications.
