Rachael Robertson -
Rachael Robertson was the second female to ever lead the Australian National Antarctic Research Expedition to Davis Station.
Rachael spent nine months of total isolation, with 18 people she hardly knew, making it a unique experience as Antarctica in winter is totally inaccessible.
Rachael’s topic is:
Extreme Leadership at the end of the World!
Rachael will share her story of success and achievement that explores themes including:
· Adapting to a changing environment
· Leadership in challenging circumstances
· The power of preparation, training, planning, systems, teamwork and trust
· Managing risk, fear and difficult people.
